Josie Brown

Josie Brown is the author of 39 novels, including those in The Housewife Assassin, Totlandia, and Extracurricular series, and such stand-alone novels as Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives, which was optioned for television by Jerry Bruckheimer. She’s been published by St. Martin’s Press, HarperCollins, and Simon & Schuster, and is also independently published. As a journalist, Josie’s articles have appeared in the Los Angeles Times Syndicate and numerous magazines, including Redbook, Complete Woman, and International Thriller Writers’ The Big Thrill. She has interviewed Kenneth Branagh, John Woo, Costa-Gavras, Debbie Reynolds, Jackie Collins, and Maya Angelou among others. As its librettist, Josie collaborated with EMMY award-winning composer-lyricist Rita Abrams on the award-winning Pride and Prejudice – The Musical.
