So you’ve got a finished first draft—woo hoo! That might be enough for you, but if you’d like to dive into revision, you’re in the right place. Revision can take a loooong time, and involve many drafts. Some authors spend years revising their novels! That said, revision is a skill you can develop just like any other, and we hope these resources help you venture back into the world of your story with wiser eyes and an open heart.
Note: If you’d like to track a revision goal using our site tools, that’s great! There’s currently no way to select “minutes” instead of “words” on the website, so you’ll just have to set your goal for words and know that you mean minutes instead. For example, if you want to revise for 60 minutes each day for 30 days, that’s 60 times 30, or 1,800 words (minutes) total.
