Rachel Lachmansingh is a Guyanese-Canadian writer from Toronto. Her writing has been published widely. She was a finalist for the 2022 CBC Poetry Prize and longlisted for the 2022 CBC Short Story Prize. She holds a BA in creative writing from the University of Victoria. On her Authortube channel, Rachel posts writing content about her personal endeavors in creative writing as a fiction writer and poet, as well as process vlogs, writing craft advice, honest rambles, and book design videos.
